ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਕੀ ਹੈ? 

ਜਨਮ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੌਤ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਸਫਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੰਸਾਰਿਕ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੰਸਾਰਕ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਉਤਰਾਅ  ਚੜਾਅ ਵੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਣਾ ਸੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਾ ਦਸਤੂਰ ਹੈ। ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਬਦਬੂ ਮਾਰਨ ਲਗਦੀ ਹੈ । ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਅਕਸਰ ਚਲਦਾ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਭਾਵ ਕਿ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਣਾ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਹੈ। ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਪਹਿਲੂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕਦੇ-ਕਦੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਕਠਿਨ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ‌ ਅਤੇ ਕਦੇ-ਕਦੇ ਬਥੇਰੀ ਸੁਖਾਵੀਂ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।  ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਅਮੀਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਗ਼ਰੀਬੀ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੀ ਇਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਰੰਗ ਵਿਖਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਕਦੇ-ਕਦੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਤੋਂ ਤੰਗ ਆ ਕੇ ਮਰ ਜਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਅ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਦੇ ਕਦੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਲਾਟੀਆ ਮਾਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਕਦਮ ਵਧਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਹੀ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਭਾਵ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਬੁਢਾਪੇ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਸਟੇਜ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੁਜਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਖੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਭਾਵ ਕਿ ਉਸਦੇ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਅੰਗ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹ ਨਿੱਤ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬਚਪਨ ਤੋਂ ਜਵਾਨੀ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਸੁਖਾਵਾਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਵਾਨੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਤੇ ਦੂਰ ਉੱਡ ਜਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਵਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿਚ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਸੁਖਾਵਾਂ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।  ਬਚਪਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਅਲਬੇਲਾਪਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਯਹ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ। ਜਵਾਨੀ ਇਕ ਆਨੰਦਮਈ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਹੈ। ਜਵਾਨੀ ਕਦੇ ਨਾ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਸੁਖਾਵੇਂ ਅਨੁਭਵਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਲੰਘਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟ ਹੀ ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅੱਧਖੜ ਉਮਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰੀਰ ਬੁਢਾਪੇ ਵੱਲ ਵੱਧਣ ਲੱਗ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮਨੁੱਖ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਣ ਵਿਚ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦ ਕਿ ਜਵਾਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ। ਜਵਾਨੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਤੇ ਦੂਰ ਉੱਡ ਜਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਖੰਭਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਣਹੋਂਦ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਵੀ ਚਿੱਤ ਉਡੂੰ-ਉਡੂੰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਣਭੋਲ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੋਇਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਸੱਚ ਹੀ ਕਿਹਾ:-

ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਦੋ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ।

ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ।

ਜਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇ।

ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਗਰੂਰ ਨਾ ਕਰਿਓ।

ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਹੋਵੇ ।

ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਥੋੜਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਸਬਰ ਕਰਿਓ ।

ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਇਨਾਂ ਅਮੀਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ।

ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਬੀਤਿਆ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਖਰੀਦ ਸਕੇ ।

ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਰੀਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਕਿ।

ਆਪਣਾ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਬਦਲ ਨਾ ਸਕੇ ।

ਚੰਗੀ ਨੀਅਤ ਰੱਖ ਓ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ।

ਦੇਖਿਓ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਹੀ ।

ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਤਕਲੀਫ਼ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।

ਇਨਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟੀ ਗਲਤਫਹਿਮੀ।

ਬਾਕੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੁਖੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਦੁਖੀ ਹਾਂ।

ਹੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਅਕਸਰ।

ਇਤਰ ਦੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਵਰਗੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ।

ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਖਰੀਦੋ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਰੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿਕਾਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ ।

ਖੁਦਾ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਟੱਲ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ।

ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ।

ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਹੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਸਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ। 

ਦਰਦਾਂ ਵਰਗਾ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਂਦਾ।

ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਦਰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ। ਇਕ ਗੁਬਾਰੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਵੇਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਮੀਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ।

ਖੁਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੈ ।

ਜੋ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ।

ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਕਿ ਟੁੱਟ ਹੀ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਦਿਲ ਫਿਰ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਕਰ  ਹੀ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। 

ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਕੀ ਹੈ ?

1. ਦੇਖੋ ਤਾਂ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਹੈ

2. ਪੜ੍ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਹੈ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ।

3. ਸੁਣੋ ਤਾਂ ਗਿਆਨ ਹੈ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ। 

4. ਪਰ ਦੇ ਹੱਸਦੇ ਰਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਆਸਾਨ ਹੈ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ।

  ਨਿਗਾਹਾਂ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਦੇਖ਼ ਕੇ ਅਣਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇ ।

ਨਸੀਬ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਦੁਆ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ

ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਬਦਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਤਾ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਕੋਲ ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। 

ਜੋ ਉਸਦੇ ਨਸੀਬ ਬਦਲ ਕੇ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। 

ਓਹੀ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਕੋਲ ਗਿਆ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ।

ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕਰੀ ਬੈਠਾ ਸੀ ਮੈਂ। 

ਇਨਸਾਨ ਉਦੋਂ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਾਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। 

ਜਦੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਸੀ। 

ਉਸਦੇ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀ। 

ਵਕਤ ਵੇਚ ਵੇਚ ਕੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਤਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਇੱਕਠੇ ਕਰ ਲਏ ।

ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਦੱਸੋ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀ ਕਿਹੜੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ?

ਇੱਕ ਪਿਆਰੀ ਸੋਚ:-

ਕਿਸੇ ਤੋ ਉਮੀਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਕਰੋ।

ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ:-

"ਜੋ ਲੋਕ ਫੁੱਲ ਵੇਚਦੇ ਨੇ  ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਕਸਰ ਖੁਸ਼ਬੋ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। "

ਰਿਸ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਵਰਗਾ ਨਾ ਬਣਾਓ ਜੋ ਆਈ ਅਤੇ ਗਈ 

ਬਲਕਿ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿਣਾ। 

ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਨਿਕਲੋ।

ਲੋਕ ਖੋਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਬਦਲ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ। 

ਵੱਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਹੋਵੇ।

ਤਾਂ ਛੋਟੀਆਂ ਛੋਟੀਆਂ ਹਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੀ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। 

ਕੁਝ ਨੇਕੀਆਂ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਹੋਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ।

ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਰੱਬ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਵਾ ਕੋਈ ਗਵਾਹ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ। 

ਫਕੀਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਤੋੜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਮਾਲ਼ਾ।

ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕੇ ਕਿਉਂ  ਨਾਮ ਲਵਾਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਜੋ ਬੇਹਿਸਾਬਾ  ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਨਜ਼ਰੀਆ ਬਦਲੋ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਬਦਲ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਜਿਸ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਮਝ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਉਹ ਇੰਨੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ।  ਉਹਦਾ ਹੱਲ  ਅਕਸਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਛੋਟਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਮਾਗ਼ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਲੱਭ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ। 

ਸਿਰਫ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਟਿਕੀ ਹੈ‌ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ।

ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਕੌਣ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ "ਫੇਰ ਮਿਲਾਂਗੇ।"

ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਔਖੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਘਬਰਾਓ ਨਾ।

ਜੇਕਰ ਸੌਖਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਿਹਾ ਤਾਂ ਔਖਾ ਵੀ ਬੀਤ ਹੀ ਜਾਏਗਾ।

ਇਹ ਔਖਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਵੀ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਏਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਮੁਸਕੁਰਾਏਗਾ।

When a person takes the first step in life, he is very happy and wants to keep going forever, that is, when a person reaches the last stage of old age, he becomes unhappy with his body, that is, his body parts leave him. Are That is why he waits for death every day. The journey from childhood to adolescence is more comfortable. The heart longs to fly somewhere far away in youth. Adolescence is considered to be the happiest time of life. There is a lot of anxiety in childhood. There is no such thing as anxiety. Youth is a blissful experience. Adolescence passes like a never ending and pleasant experience. Anxiety is rare at this age. Middle age brings with it many worries. In this the body begins to grow towards old age. Man keeps on thinking about the future and thinks about the future of his children. While in youth there is no such problem. The heart longs to fly somewhere far away in youth. The mind flutters even when the wings are not there. Anbhol Awastha does not wait for anything and the human being remains lost in himself.
